Unfortunately, that is not the Audley way. At almost every step along the way we were confronted with problems due to the lack of follow up from Audley. Instead, we once again got the view of a building roof and to make matters worse we had to climb up and down two flights of a spiral staircases just to get to our room. Their customer service out of Boston was excellent. And we were informed that the room we switched to was much less expensive than our original room. It goes against our guidelines to offer incentives for reviews.
